Come and complete the model makers badge at Lower Grange Farm. The session lasts about 3 hours depending on the numbers attending and the Troop will usually split into 3 groups and work their way around the following bases:

• Build a model using a plastic or white metal kit or pre-cast figures. Design and construct a model from a wood, plastic or metal construction set, such as Lego or Meccano.
• Show that you know the different types of kits or parts available in the material you chose.
• Talk about the experience of building the model with a knowledgeable adult.

There is no need to prepare the Scouts for this badge, however a little knowledge from the leaders could be helpful as they will accompany the Scouts around each Base.
